Who we are
We are a large manufacturing enterprise specialising in shaft manufacturing, CNC precision components, PTFE, Nylon, Delrin and PEEK machining, and custom parts import and export.
Our customers are corporate OEMs in automotive, hydraulics, pumps & valves and general engineering, plus multinational companies that need engineering plastics machined to drawing.
How we work
Engineers program every part in VISI CAD/CAM and Delcam, and use Dynaform FEA for sheet-metal forming studies. Parts are machined on LMW, Jyoti and Ace Micromatics CNC lathes and an Ace Micromatics FANUC VMC.
Everything is inspected in our Mitutoyo quality lab before export packing.
