Access, correct or delete your details
Use this form to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it deleted, withdraw your consent, or name someone to act for you. These are your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
How we check it is you
We only ever hold what you sent us through an enquiry, so there is nothing to log in to and no identity document to upload. We verify a request by replying to the contact details already on file for that enquiry — the phone number or email address you used — and, if more than one enquiry could match, by asking you one or two questions about it. If we cannot match your request to anything we hold, we will tell you that instead, which is itself an answer: it means we have nothing of yours.
How long it takes
We answer within 30 days. Most requests are dealt with well inside that, but 30 days is what we will commit to rather than a figure we might miss. If you would rather not wait for a form, call +91 96731 98867 (Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:30 IST) or email [email protected] — a request by phone or email carries exactly the same weight as this form.
One limit, stated honestly: if you placed an order, the invoice and quality records attached to it are business records Indian tax and company law requires us to keep, so erasing those is not something we can do. Everything else goes. The privacy notice explains what we hold and why.
