CNC turning
CNC turning centres from LMW, Jyoti and Ace Micromatics produce shafts, bushings, fittings and turned plastic parts from bar stock.
VMC milling
An Ace Micromatics vertical machining centre with FANUC control and an 800 × 500 × 400 mm working envelope handles 3-axis milling, drilling, boring and tapping.
Tapping, turning & cutting
Auto tapping machines cover M3 to M32 threads. An Uma Enterprises lathe turns up to Ø400 × 1200 mm, and a Rajlaxmi band saw prepares bar blanks.

- Band saw: Rajlaxmi. Bar stock cutting and blank preparation.
- VISI CAD/CAM: 3D modelling and toolpath programming.
- Delcam: CAM programming for complex milled geometry.
- Dynaform: FEA simulation for sheet-metal forming.
