Precision CNC Machining in Navi Mumbai: overview

Tolerances & surface finish

Standard capability for this work is ±0.01 mm on diameters as standard; ±0.005 mm on selected features by agreement. Bores can be held to H7 and bearing seats to h6/g6 fits. Where your drawing calls for tighter limits, we agree the critical characteristics up front and record them on the inspection report.

As-machined finishes of Ra 1.6–3.2 µm suit most functional surfaces. For seals, bearing journals and sliding fits we run a fine finishing pass to reach Ra 0.8 µm.

Plating, anodising, passivation and heat treatment are arranged through qualified partners and re-inspected in-house before packing.

Final inspection, packing and dispatch from Pune
Parts are finally inspected, identified by batch and packed to suit the features that must not be marked. The inspection report travels with the consignment and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are supplied on request. Dispatch is from the Pune plant to the receiving address on your release.

Machining-only job work or full material-to-finished-part supply

Sending a worn sample as the only specification. Wear is not a tolerance, and copying it reproduces the original failure.
Assuming a CMM report can be issued. Inspection here is by micrometers, bore gauges, height gauge, dial test indicators and surface plate; there is no CMM.
Assuming AS9100 or ISO 13485 coverage. The certification held is ISO 9001:2015, and we work under your quality plan instead.
Comparing a turning-only rate against a finished-component quotation with milling, tapping, finishing and inspection inside it.
